Impeccable Luxury Mansion on Lovely, Quiet Pulaski Square by Lucky Savannah

LOVED this house! This was perfect for our group of 16 - plenty of space to spread out and loved the big table to gather around. We had a great weekend, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the river and only a 25 minute drive to Tybee. The room layout is slightly different from the description just an FYI - 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with ensuites and 4 bedrooms on the 4th with 2 shared bathrooms. But no issue with that! We loved the house!!

Host was friendly and timely in their responses. The property itself was just like the pictures and perfectly supported our group. Very close to nearby bars and restaurants and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would recommend!

We called your office Sunday night because we couldn’t get in after wrestling with it for quite some time. Nobody called us back - awfully! Fortunately, we were able to open it without going thru another entrance. Also, it would be helpful if you put a handrail in the perilous staircase in the carriage house. Other than that, it’s a lovely, large home in a great location that sleeps a lot of people.

The house was beautiful, great location, and the property owners were very responsive to any text or email. It was perfect for our group of 12 people. The only thing I’d point out is the description is a little off. The second floor only has two bedrooms (both with ensuites) and a third full bathroom at the end of the hall. The top floor had four bedrooms and two separate full bathrooms (not ensuites). I actually think that worked better since everyone on the top floor had easier access to the bathrooms.

Yes, the host was welcoming and the amenities were good. The only issue I had was that I was unaware that one of the bedrooms was not connected with the rest of the house. Although this was easily overcome, the fact that that section had two full bathrooms, left us juggling the 5 other full baths between the other 7 bedrooms. That made it a little inconvenient.

It was an exquisite place but also very comfortable. There were 9 adults and we had plenty of room to both come together and spread out. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and very safe. The location was perfect.

Lots of sitting areas, but the main area is big enough for the group and especially enjoyed the large dining table. This place is a winner

The house is simply amazing! Lower level was perfect for my 90 yo parents & the carriage house gave us the extra space we needed. Every bedroom is gorgeous & spacious. Kitchen has everything you'll need, 3 refrigerators a wine frig give you space for all of your food & drinks.

The space was more than enough, the house is beautiful and we were all very happy with the quick responses if we needed anything. I was also a great location. Within a 15 minute walk of most things. Would definitely stay here again.
