Stayed Mar 9, 2026The home was very nice with plenty of room and a nice view of the canal. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. The attached screened in area was also very lovely. I will say that it is definitely more geared for a family with children (no more than one family) due to the second bedroom set up. The coffee bar was a big plus! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with shopping close by for anything you may need to stock up on. Plenty of springs and parks are also very conveniently located near the home. We definitely enjoyed our stay there!

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The host was exceptionally accommodating! We had some trouble with the wi-fi and Melisha went out of her way to make sure it was fixed as quickly as possible. The house location was perfect! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it sits right on the water with a beautiful view of King Spring. It was clean and the furniture looked new and was comfortable. The screened in lanai was the best! A great trip!

Within 5-10mins of lots of food options, the docks, parks and about 20 mins to the large beach park.Saw lots of fish and manatees right from the dock and backyard. Be sure to bring bug spray, the biting bugs are pretty thick along the canal, but still had a great time!
