Stayed Dec 27, 2025The host was exceptionally accommodating! We had some trouble with the wi-fi and Melisha went out of her way to make sure it was fixed as quickly as possible. The house location was perfect! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it sits right on the water with a beautiful view of King Spring. It was clean and the furniture looked new and was comfortable. The screened in lanai was the best! A great trip!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Loved staying here! Within 5-10mins of lots of food options, the docks, parks and about 20 mins to the large beach park.Saw lots of fish and manatees right from the dock and backyard. Be sure to bring bug spray, the biting bugs are pretty thick along the canal, but still had a great time!

Stayed Mar 27, 2021We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Melisha is a gem, just like the home. Our family of four fit just right in this delightful home. Decor is contemporary and light. Space is thoughtfully utilized. The lanai adds much to the experience and views. Very private location also. Dock/canal on Kings Bay made access to all things Crystal River a treat.
