Idyll Reserve 2 | The Main House - hot tub, fireplace, huge covered porch, sleeps 8

My group came for my wife's 38th birthday. The house was perfect with enough room. We had 3 adult couples. I would definitely recommend it for any getaway.

The house was wonderful! It’s very high tech even for people that like technology. That was neat. We wished there was so more comfortable seating in the main living space for groups, however it was fine for just the two of us. Location was great! Close to the hikes and a little grocery store. Would recommend and visit again!

What a great get away. We took our adult kids for a few days after Christmas. The house had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful property and a fantastic location near plenty of hiking trails. I love the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room. The hot tub was a hit with everyone as well. We opted to cook dinners and the kitchen was perfect for big family meals. Can’t wait to return in the spring! Laura our host was so responsive before, during and after our stay.

we enjoyed out stay in the main house. we have SO much space here...loved how the kitchen was nice and open. The master shower was so lovely and big. The hot tub was a nice addition. The property is lovely and so peaceful. Can't wait to return again with friends and family.

The Main House was absolutely beautiful and way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed trying out the espresso machine in the mornings, saw several deer from the back patio, and loved using the hot tub after a long day of hiking & canoeing. Our family really enjoyed sitting outside to eat meals and enjoyed s'mores over the outdoor fireplace. The location can't be beat and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had an amazing time and loving the peace of mind and the beautiful view. The new updates blew my mind with the jacuzzi out back and the deck. Thumbs up and highly recommend everyone to have the experience

Repeat customer. No better place in Hocking Hills

Overflowing toilets, leaking kitchen drain, stagnant water in shower, and a sewage smell around the entire cabin. We had to coordinate using the bathroom amongst 8 people just so the sewage wouldn’t overflow. The maintenance guy could only stall the problem for a couple flushes. The property manager advised us against using any water or plumbing the whole weekend. No solutions offered to fix the situation or compensate us for the inconvenience.

Beautiful, rustic, modern perfect!

The house was designed with many unique features. This is one reason why we were attracted to the site. With having a background in design and my husband in architecture, we knew it was a place for us to experience. Our guests and family also loved the layout and felt very comfortable. We would love to go back, especially in the winter, but with a few exceptions. Please check on all trash, discovering dirty diapers was somewhat disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady and gentleman who was trying to fix the water pump since it was not working. I had to call the emergency number for someone to help because they just left. Luckily, we had water by the evening. Also, the dryer wasn’t working to dry our swimsuits. My suggestions when booking is to make sure everything is ready and in working order.

We had a wonderful stay at the Main House. Everything was so thoughtful, from the modern design to the lighting, music, and wine that welcomed us upon arrival. The property is such a unique gem in a great location, and we certainly want to return to experience more. The EV charger was super convenient on our first big road trip. The hot tub was great to use in the cool evenings and mornings after a long day of travel and activities. The sound system filled the house with tunes. Even the bath towels were luxurious!

We had such an amazing time! The house was VERY CLEAN. The bottle of wine and delicious coffee was such a nice touch! I have already told several friends how perfect everything was! We cooked everynight in the fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for everything!
