Iaorana: Newly remodeled luxury 3 bedroom with Ocean Views

Rare stay where the listing is even better than the pictures. We had a perfect weather weekend in Carmel so the ocean views and sunsets were incredible.Great backyard for the kids to run around and have such a good time at home and then a short 5 minute drive to Carmel.

This is an exceptionally nice house. Our thanks to the owners for making it available to families like our own. It lacks for nothing and the management company, in particular Marco, were ahead of every curve with courtesies. Again, our thanks. Hopefully the owners and team will come across our own VRBO on Flathead Lake (96053) some day.

Beautiful ocean view. Very responsive host to texts with questions. Great supply of welcome coffee, tea and even wine. Well stocked kitchen with great, clean appliances. Good location to Highway 1 to get around the peninsula. Had parking in an area that can be difficult to find parking.

We had the absolute best house and house manager experience! The location was perfect and the house was super clean! Our house manager and team could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! The house layout was perfect for our two families and the kids absolutely loved the playground being in the backyard! The Lula’s chocolates were such a surprise and we went back to the store several times to reload our stash! Even brought some back as gifts. Thank you for everything- we will def rebook in the future if our dates work out!

Everything we needed for an amazing stay. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels and 6 beach chairs. And the views to the ocean were sublime.

This place was amazing! It was clean and spacious with views of the ocean, The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. You won't be disappointed if you book your stay here!

This was our second stay here. The house is perfect for our family. We are all adults except for my grandaughter, she is 3 years old, and it works perfectly across the generations. We are coming from Boston, but have family living in the surrounding Carmel areas so its wonderful for all to converge at Upper Trail Rd .

Having stayed in town prior, this location was amazing for our young family. Easy walk down the hill to town or to the park on San Carlos. Incredible views in the family room as well as the primary bedroom. Great communication with the management company. We did need a few things which the management company was more than happy to help us out with during our stay. Easy to get around, 4 minutes to whole foods which made life easy on us to get essentials and easy to get around Carmel, whether in town or beach. Very quiet street and surprisingly quiet at night being that close to the 1.

House was incredible - the perfect size for our family trip and the backyard playground was perfect for our daughter. The location was better than expected - it was easy to get into town (close to highway 1) but felt incredibly secluded. Also the views from the home are top notch. Will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommended!

Laorana was first class in every respect ...... quiet neighborhood in a great location... wonderfully renovated home with awesome kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, yard, amenities, and parking... easy check-in/check-out process... thoughtful gestures like the welcome bottle of wine and fixings for smores.If you're headed to Carmel, this home is worth a look!

We went there for work so we really did not stay long in the house, but it was in perfect conditions, clean, well situated and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a pretty place perfect for a vacation.

Marco went over and above securing a card table for us. Even though it rained every day we had a wonderful time playing cards in the house

Recently updated home, wonderful views of Los Lobos and Monterrey Pinesiula, Kitchen well provisioned, wonderful seating areas. Only negative photos show fire in living room fireplace, property manager did not follow through on request for how to access. Also did not respond to to enquiry over how to handle recyclables vs trash for collection. These were small negatives for a wonder place we hope to return to in the future.

Absolutely beautiful! So peaceful. Perfect location to everything. The park in the backyard was a big hit to our little boy and we loved that the owners are Christian and glorify God with the artwork. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us.

We absolutely adored this house. Beautifully remodeled and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was there. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood at the top of a hill with beautiful ocean views upstairs and down. We will definitely be back.

I was under the impression when I did the rental online I had rented a 4bd 4ba property. I never received any communication via VRBO it was actually a 4bd 2.5ba. The property on the management website I believed I rented was their listing for 4bd 4ba. Upon arrival we discovered limitation of 2.5ba. And was very poorly handled on the part of the management. I Would never do business with them again. Other than the limited bathroom. Property was very nice condition

We stayed here during a family wedding weekend. Everything was great. We had one issue the first night but Marco resolved it even though it was after work hours
