Huge Estate Near Parks w/ Arcade, Game Loft, Theater, Themed BRs, Huge Spa Pool

This house was fun and beautiful, but very difficult to figure out how to use/work things like TV, WiFi, switches. It also wasn’t the cleanest… We found spiders in two different beds, so we cleaned all sheets. There was a ghost ant infestation at the bar as well and we found some dead roaches in playroom. One of the bedroom closets was not cleaned at all (garbage in floor and towels). The freezer was not working and it melted all our groceries. We informed the property but it wasn’t fixed (probably should compensate us for the groceries we lost). We also pre paid for pool and hot tub heating but they could not get temperatures fixed until the day we were leaving (they promised to credit that). I feel with better maintenance and cleaning crew, it could be perfect.

This is a fun place for families. Fun for all ages and the perfect base to hit the Disney parks. Highly recommended!!!

Nice beautiful house. Lots of space

The highlight of this costly rental property is the pool and surrounding area. We had issues with the spa, pool heat, and BBQ. I was surprised by the management companies lack of urgency around these issues and felt financial concessions should have been offered. With a family gathering over the holidays these were critical issues.. Disappointing…

We stayed here for my son's 16th birthday with a handful of his friends and their parents. The home is large enought to comfortably hold 20 of us. We had the pool heated and to our pleasant surprise it was warm even in 50° weather. The kids had a nice area upstairs where they stayed most of the time. They enjoyed the theater and main lounge area where they played video games and built legos that we bought when we visited Disney Springs. Everyone loved the pool/ spa and heated ceiling on the patio. We had a glo party outside one night that held us all comfortably. All of the games worked in the arcade, in fact everything worked in the home. The kitchen was large but could have use some little extras like salt and pepper, more paper towels, and tp. We stayed 5 nights and ran out by the 3rd night but it was advertised that way so we should have bought more. Next time we will be prepared. Overall the home was fun and spacious, definitely would stay again.

The house is great for a stay with people of all ages. Lots of space indoor and outdoor as well as entertainment for everyone. The pool is heated upon request up to a really comfortable temperature even if it is cold outside. The maintenance team (Jeeves) does a great job and goes the extra mile to solve the smallest issue. There was a possibility the fridge might fail soon and they put an extra fridge in the garage just in case… And when the pool heater didn‘t work a day before Christmas Richard of the Jeeves team managed to have it fixed.

The direct tv in the entire home did not work. Air conditioning had to be fixed.

This a very large house that every one loved. There is something for everyone. We had 9 adults and two 3 year olds. Property management was very responsive when we had questions about the pool. The arcade was heavily used each night. We wished we had stayed longer so we would have had time to play golf. The only improvement would be to refresh the pots and pans. A larger and nicer set of pots and pans would be helpful when cooking for larger groups of people. Overall, it was a great vacation.

The house was great for our family. Age range from 2yrs to 63 yrs. The property was nice but needed some upkeep. One toilet ran constantly and there were a few things around the house that needed to be fixed. We were pleased with the house and the pool was great for the grandchildren!
