When I booked the home, I planned to have 31 people in my group. Schedules changed and the actual number was 24. The house is spacious and could have definitely accommodated 31 very comfortably. The house was clean which is always a deciding factor for me in ever considering returning to a property. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The management company was also very friendly.

You will absolutely love your Florida vacation at this home. The property is well maintained and the Kitchen made it easy for us to cook our Holiday dinner with ease. We are looking forward to returning next year!

House is clean, well organized, and extremely comfortable. It was a very relaxing environment for my family and I. Any concerns we had were quickly resolved by the Jeremy from the Jeeves Management.I would like to give a special thanks to the Host Robin, who was always available to answer any questions we had. The communication with her was amazing.

Stunning well appointed house. Hosted a group of co-workers for a multi-day meeting. All were much happier to share the house than have to be split up into hotel rooms and then stuck in a conference room all day. The large kitchen and living area with a monster TV mounted on the wall made for a great spot to give presentations. Then we had the grill and pool area to relax in when the meetings were done. The owner was very informative on how to check in and was available if anything was needed. This would also make an excellent place to host a family gathering close to the Orlando attractions.

Celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday party house accommodated whole family, and friends. The house is as advertised. There were a few minor issues, but the response by Robin the host was quick and immediate to rectify the issue. Would absolutely stay here again

This was a last minute scramble because of issues with the original house we booked in a different community. Vrbo got us in contact with the owner who helped us secure the booking with less than 24 hours till 24 of us would be in Florida. The owners were amazing and their property was perfect. We had access to 2 reunion community water parks. We went to both and our experience at both was smooth and perfect. Plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils and pool towels. We will definitely look to book this house again.

This house is even better than the photos. It was perfect for our group of 18 ranging in age from 6-76. Great location, great house and the respond very quickly to any issues. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect and the host, Robin, was very communicative and helpful. Our favorite features included the large dining room table, outdoor tables, plenty of deck chairs, and ample parking. The pool area is very private and beautiful. We have been coming to this area for seven years and this was by far our favorite house. I highly recommend this property and host.

This was the second year we stayed here. Everything was great. Robin was great. She makes everything very easy. Only a couple of minor issues which she addressed right away.

This is the second time we've stayed at Robin's house, and we enjoyed it again. We may be unique in that my family is made up of eight children, three spouses, and seven grandchildren, so we use every bedroom. We also eat most meals there, so we really test every amenity. The house and the pool were exactly how we remembered, albeit a little more used. The pool and the hot tub are great, and we enjoyed them immensely! As previously mentioned, the house was a little more used throughout, but the large kitchen and eating area were up to date and fit my family perfectly. Now on to Robin... Any missing or malfunctioning item, big or small, was addressed by Robin immediately. In the kitchen we were missing some utensils and baking items that were delivered either same day, or at worst the next day. One of the two dryers was malfunctioning, and a new one was delivered and installed the next day. Robin is an excellent communicator who responds quickly and, more importantly, solves problems and takes care of needs!

12 old timers (late 60's) stayed at this house and played golf at Reunion courses. Lots of room, very clean and a fun layout. Owner was great to work with. 5 stars!

12 guys on a golf trip. House was great. Terrific gathering space. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave, etc. Robin was very attentive. Will rent again.

The house is very large and easily accommodated our 33 family members. The house was very clean. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need including multiple pool towels. Robin was an excellent host. She responds immediately if you have questions or need anything. We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday and the publishing of his second novel. Our family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely make this house our go to family gathering place for future reunions.

We stayed with our volleyball team. The house was set up really well for families and allowed our whole team their own space plus the option to be together whenever they wanted. The house manager Robin was extremely responsive to any/all needs we had. Would highly recommend!

This house was just what we needed. A large space with lots of large rooms with king sized beds. A few bedrooms had fun themes for the smaller kids and the game room and theater room were perfect for the older kids. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups.
