It offers luxurious and spacious living for familiesvisiting the Orlando area theme parks located on the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.

The downstairs Professor's Suite, primary bedroom has a King size bed, huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. There’s a 55” 4k Smart TV. USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

BONUS ROOM - The Cupboard under the Stairs. Yes! A real-life version is right here! Humans and Wizards alike will enjoy sleeping in this twin bed under the stairs!
Kitchen:
The themed kitchen is equipped with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. In addition to the mounds of brass pots heaped around the stone walls. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the start of term feast. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. It has 2 large side by side refrigerators, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The breakfast bar has seating for five while the dining room table has seating for ten.
Family room:
Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.
Home Theater:
Watch movies with your family and friends in your very own flying car on our 85” 4k Smart TV with a sound bar.
Arcade:

Experience the excitement of the tournament in our climate controlled black light themed game room featuring two 65” Flat screen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball, Nintendo and Sega Genesis game systems and arcade games. There’s also plenty of board games for rainy days.

Pool and Lanai:
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting themed covered lanai complete with pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant chess board. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There’s also a bbq for your use, with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling!
2nd Floor:
Laundry room:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There’s also an iron and ironing board.
For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play. There’s outlet covers, retractable baby gates on the stairs, a pool alarm and child safety fence by the pool.
We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area.
There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our home is just a short walk to the clubhouse. We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.
With all of this and more, nothing has been overlooked! Our home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style. Spend days relaxing on vacation alongside the sparkling clear pool, or step inside to cool down in Wizarding World of Champions Gate!

About the Resort: Champions Gate is a 24 hour, security gated community with many amenities. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, Tiki bar, movie theatre and business center along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool. Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse.
