The space
This cozy home offers a sectional and two accent chairs in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and a dining table for seating up to fourteen people as well as a six-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack.

Sleeping up to 18 guests, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized suite on the bottom floor as well as an additional queen-sized bedroom and a shared family bathroom. On the second floor, you will find two further king-sized suites, two queen-sized suites, a queen-sized bedroom, a bedroom with two twin-sized beds, and an en suite Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting to another bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

Family from all over the country met here from 7/3/25 to 7/6/25 for a holiday weekend of fun and fellowship with ages ranging from 40's to 80's and we had a blast!

This property was wonderful. It was a great adult getaway to celebrate my husband's 50th with 4 couples. Excellent layout--huge home to accommodate all of us with rooms to spare. Minor issues but overall well worth the stay. If you're interested in venturing out beware of traffic as it is a bit farther out, but for a great stay-at-home, this place has it all. Yes, you need to splurge on heating the pool-well worth it for the cooler climates and late-night pool and sauna time. Overall we were very pleased-and yes we are the people who read the reviews. We would gladly return. Thanks to Ben for promptly answering our inquiries.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful vacation home near Disney World. The house was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a heated pool and hot tub. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Epcot and other popular attractions. We enjoyed renting Surrey bikes and having drinks at Finn's, which were both conveniently located nearby. The only thing that could have made our stay even better was having an additional coffee pot, as there was only one provided for our group of 8 ladies . Overall, we highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Disney World!

No words for this spectacular stay. For starters, the house is huge, every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, complete with full hotel style towels and toiletries. The kitchen is so spacious, and is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The pool was immaculate, and the hot tub was such a nice addition. We literally spent a full day in and out of the pool. Everything was so clean and perfect, owner was super responsive to any questions we had. He recommended a golf car rental which was such a fun experience for our kids. Overall, this place was not lacking anything for an extremely fun and pleasant family vacation; no detail was overlooked. Thank you Ben for memories that will last a lifetime!
