HUGE DOCK on a Beautiful Lake Property at the Lake of the Ozarks

Everything was maintained to very high standards. Having a private covered boat slip made our lake access so easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The huge dock was perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the views of the Lake of the Ozarks. Rusty was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The owner lives right next door, so he was there to show us around the property. We had kids of all ages, and they all had a blast.

House had all we needed for the week. Owner was very helpful and available. The dock was such a cool space to spend time outside, fishing, drinking and watching tv. We stayed during springbreak but my guess is this place is even better on the summer.

The property

Beautiful dock with bar and fenced area for dogs. Hot tub was a nice addition. Dog park very close to front door. House was clean and comfortable. Odd layout in the home and owners on the property on and off as they live close. Had no problems with owners. Stairs a little steep to dock but flat areas to stop if needed. Plenty of room to play games and relax. clean

Dock is amazing and has so much space. Rusty is an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

The dock is nice, the owners house is what's in front of it. The actual building we stayed in was up the hill behind it, this was something that was not disclosed clearly. One of the two bars is not open. The owner let us use one of his lifts after he didn't remember agreeing to let us use it. There's another tenant that you share the dock with, along with the owners as well. The house we stayed in is part of the owners shop in which he goes in early in the morning and it woke us up several times, even after i mentioned it to him. I went directly through the owner for a couple extra nights and he charged more than vrbo did per night. There's no doors on the master bedroom or the little single bed area. There's not actually a bed frame in the single bed area, just a mattress on the ground. Lights flicker in the kitchen all the time. The cleanliness wasn't bad but there were spots that could've been better. The dock made up for the huge shortfall that the house has, but overall i did not think the price was worth the accommodations. This owner tries to help but with the money i paid, i was hoping for less issues.

Rusty and Liz went above and beyond for our big group stay. We were an all girl group and felt safe and taken care of the whole time. The house was clean and comfortable, we had so much space to spread out. The dock was THE place to be, it had anything and everything you could need.We were blown away! These hosts are top tier and we couldn’t recommend renting from them enough.
