Huge, 3-Story Lakeside Home@Cinnamon Shore w/ Resort-Like Amenities Galore!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. House was plenty big. Only problem with the house is there is 1 fridge and no extra ice machines. If you’re staying for a week it’s hard to keep all food and drinks cold so pack extra coolers and ice. Overall it was a good home. Perfect location to walk to the pool and fish in the lake.

The downstairs was the kids suites and 2nd story was two queen suites and the third was two master suites. It worked perfectly for our crew. We only had one hiccup and that was the AC the bottom level wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees finally after one night of kids sweating the Maintenance came and blew out the drain lines it dropped to 75 then shortly afterwards the temps came back up to 78 and we knew there was a bigger problem. An AC company did come the third day and find the leak and added refrigerant to get the kids finally cooling. Good thing it’s multi level and couches upstairs because nobody likes to boil on vacation. Cinnamon shores manager was prompt and very helpful assisting our needs through the process. We will be back this was our 2nd time to cinnamon shores we just love it.

Reviewer Comments: Great location... very nice home... could have been better... missing a few items... the lower level deck at lake level... only two small chairs on a very large deck... not able to have a group sitting for relaxing etc. outlets near pantry not working even the maintenance guy said he needed an electrician that never arrived... no chair in owners retreat... no place to sit... no outdoor shower... a hose with a nozzle... only one trash can... no ceiling fans on main deck... no hooks in entry for towels or suits...its like it was furnished not taking into account it is in a beach/lake community

We brought together 3 generations of family members to soak in the sun in Port Aransas for a long weekend, and this was the perfect setting and place to do it! We had 14 people who enjoyed the house, the amenities, the beach, the pool, and more. The house was brand new, so as a result, we experienced a couple of things that needed to be addressed, but the Cinnamon Shore staff was available and stepped in to help out, and that didn't detract from how wonderful the house was. We can't wait to come back!

We were right next to the pool which was very convenient. The children, ages 2 months to 10 years, especially loved riding in the golf carts. There were plenty of beach towels for our use. The kitchen was well stocked but there were no napkins, aluminum foil or plastic wrap so be sure to bring those if you want them. The house was very clean.

The location was steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. The home itself was beautiful and having the covered car ports was a great addition.

Caught a huge fish off the back porch, had fun cooking in the kitchen, relaxing evenings on the balconies. Even with less than ideal weather, this home and location made for a wonderful and memorable time.Management was on top of everything! Every part of the process and any help needed was an easy and enjoyable process. Pictures don’t do this place justice. I had high hopes for this stay and they were exceeded in every way! Absolutely book time here, you will not regret it.
