Howl at the Sea - SGI

The house is really nice, the screened in room w/TV was great. Loved the upper deck with gulf view. Lounges and chairs everywhere in the awesome yard, great for us and the dog. Short walk to the beach, would highly recommend the place for a family with a few kids.

Wonderful beach house! Best outdoor shower experience that I have had. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, the back yard amenities were amazing, and the screened in porch was a delight. We will definitely be back. We live SGI, and this is our favorite beach house yet!

Howl at the Sea was great - very nice on the inside, well stocked kitchen, great backyard, great upper deck. It was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time there very much.

What a great little beach cottage beautifully redone and perfect. Very comfortable and well thought out to maximize your stay. The back yard was like a park and great for the whole family and dogs! Owners thought of everything! Short walk to beautiful beach. Great neighborhood and convenient too. Wonderful for two or the whole crew! Definitely see return trips in future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the beach so easy access. The yard was big with a lot of activities to do. Our dog loved the gated area and we really liked the screened in patio to sit and relax. The town is only a few minutes away but also walking distance. Overall, it was a great vacation and we appreciate the host. Definitely would book again!!

Clean place all around me excellent accommodations. Only two rooms however an excellent stay for a single family. Probably one of the best places we’ve rented on SGI.

Easy walk to the beach Grandkids loved the backyard

Prompt communication by texts. Provided detailed information regarding house, like locks and tv, etc. Every little thing you needed and more was there.

This place was great. The house was clean and offered everything we needed. The back porch and sun deck were great and felt very private. The location was perfect and offered access to the beach and restaurants also. We would highly recommend.

We rented the house for a beach wedding we were attending. The size of the house and the updates were great. We especially appreciated the water filter in the kitchen and on the shower. We felt clean after showering, not like we showered in the ocean. It is the little things that make a stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well appointed. I cooked every night and had everything I needed. We loved the backyard. It was huge for a beach house. Our dogs had a blast running around. And I loved all the plants. If we come back to SGI, we would rent this house again.

My brother and I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights in this wonderful home. The outdoor shower was ideal for cleaning up after each day of fishing. So many amenities also. There was a large backyard filled with activities for small kids, not us but need to bring the grandkids here sometime! Walking distance to beach and everything you could possibly need. I asked the owners several times during our stay and got an immediate response. Can’t say enough things about the owners! Hopefully we’ll be back sometime soon.

My wife and I had a great stay at Howl at the Sea! The house was perfect, and had everything we needed. It was great to have such a short, easy walk to the beach. Our little pup really enjoyed having a nice backyard to go outside and explore. Wonderful trip and will book again when we need a wonderful place for just the two of us.

Large enclosed backyard was a major plus for our dogs. Loved the rooftop deck for early morning coffee. Dog couch protectors were placed on already. Very soft towels. Also the location was perfect. It was away from the “downtown” area which was perfect for us. We loved how the next group of people on the beach were soooo far away. It was a private feel to it. Also love how there aren’t high rises on the island. Loved how close it was to the beach.

This was the perfect house for myself and my beagle. The yard was bigger than my own yard and she loved being able to explore. The house was a great size and everything we needed.

Great house for playing or chling

Eveything was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. Our hosts had lots of different family oriented games for our use. I especially loved the screened in porch.

The house had all the amenities you need. A huge fenced backyard which was beautifully landscaped w lots of palm trees. Perfect for our dogs! The inside was so clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the screened in sunroom which was comfy and airy. One of the best parts was the super convenient location just a few minutes to walk to the beach.

My wife, our adult son and I (plus 2 dogs) very much enjoyed our recent stay at Howl at the Sea. It is a neat old school Florida beach house that has been updated beautifully. The owners (Chuck and Christina) have thought of everything you could need and are very responsive. The outside fenced area is a unique on SGI and great for dogs. We especially liked the screened back porch for shade in the day and the upstairs deck/seating area for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the cool of the evening. Highly recommend.

No stairs was a plus! Very well furnished, clean and relaxing. 3-4 minutes to the beach, what more is needed. Will come back for sure
