In an enclosed big ground of 1800 m2 we have two excellent brand new houses (2008-2009).
Beyond the houses you have a tropical garden, a playing ground of sand (m 14x6) for sport (beach volleyball, beach soccer, badminton, ... ) a large swimming pool (10x5 m) situated in a reserved part of the plot. By the pool there is a kitchen with sink, gas cooker and refrigerator, bathroom and showers, a large veranda (50m2), barbecue, garden table with parasol and 6 chairs, beach chairs and hammocks

Stayed Jul 19, 2018This is a wonderful property located only 2 blocks from Boqueirao beach and a short drive to Itauna beach. Independent rooms are roomy, airy, nicely fresh (just as new), clean, all with private bathroom and access to balcony overlooking the pool. An independent, larger apartment equipped with its own kitchen/bathroom is also available and recommended for people who would struggle managing the stairs to the rooms above the pool. Bed linens, blankets and towels are newer and clean. Great living area by the pool with fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and additional bathroom and shower. Fantastic pool (cleaned daily by groundskeeper) and beach volleyball court. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I could say that we spent 10 days on paradise; it was exactly what I was expecting. Beautiful place, plenty of space, really clean and organized. A block from Saquarema beach or 10 min. driving to Itauna, a perfect spot to take the kids and enjoy the day at the beach. The owners are courteous and always available if any assistance is needed, there is a housekeeper (optional) service available that comes in handy if you have a large group. The swimming pool is cleaned every day, early in the morning and it is spotless. We will return for sure next year. A good tip is, as any beach house, there are plenty of mosquitoes that come at the end of afternoon; remember to bring extra mosquito repellent lotion ;-)
