Cozy house in Itaúna, with swimming pool, barbecue, large garden and garage.

My wife, me, her sister and her two children stayed in this beautiful house for an extended week in october 2012. After we arrived we were thrilled about the size of the property. It's quite huge. The ground is green and filled with nice plants and bushes. A lovely well sized swimming pool is in front of the house and close to the cosy churrascheira. The water is absolutely clean and the gardener came twice within our stay to take a look at the quality of the water and took care about the grass & plants. The house itself is quite big. It contains a nice living room featuring two comfortable sofas and a TV (but who wants to watch TV when having the opportunity to spend his time at the pool or having a lovely barbecue at the churrasceira) A dinette for eight/ten persons gives you the opportunity to have indoor breakfast or a nice evening with a couple of beers or Caipirinhas. Further on the house includes three bedrooms, two nice bathrooms and a respectable kitchen. On top the estate includes a parking (if necessary up to two/three cars) Close to the pool is an outdoor shower which makes life at the pool quite enjoyable :-) The house is located in Itauna which is one of the elitist areas of Saquarema. The near by Shopping Center is available in about five minutes by walk and a bakery which sells drinks and sausages for breakfast as well is even closer (approx. 3 minutes by feet). Carla the owner of the house is very nice and the contact with her was absolutely easy going. This estate is really recommendable for having a great relaxed time in Saquarema.
