House with large garden classified 3 stars 5 km from the sea

All you need. Comfy house, nice quiet garden and very good location. Will stay here again if we return to Brittany

Really good gite very close to Concarneau. Quiet, big site. Would suit family as well as couples. Communication with Herve was easy, despite neither of us being particularly fluent in each others native language! Plenty of great places to visit or revisit. Definately one to recommend.

The host was wonderful and the cottage is as described . I had everything I wanted and it was just quiet and peaceful. I would love to come back and stay longer. Highly recommended.

I received an email from VRBO telling me that the second payment for the property had been made and I received a green “Paid” symbol. When we went to leave, the property manager appeared and said that the second payment had not been received by him. He demanded payment in cash for the second payment. In addition he demanded payment for the use of two bedrooms when our reservation clearly stated that we were reserving two bedrooms. I tried to contact VRBO three times to no avail and finally paid him 200 euros in cash. I want a refund from VRBO for you taking money out of my account but not paying the property manager.. Please confirm and respond immediately.

Lovely apartment in the countryside, perfectly suited for my colleague's stay in Concarneau. The host was very friendly, helpful and quick to communicate to messages. Would definitely stay again, thanks for having James!

Stayed here a month and visited all around this part of Brittany. The house is warm and comfortable and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were lovely. Slept really well here. Highly recommended.

Perfect. We have stayed in Concarneau before so we already knew how nice the town and beach are but this house made this break much better then any other. 5 of us stayed in total (mum, dad and 3 children age 8, 6 and 4). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The Children loved the house especially the garden. The outside area was great for them to play and and discover things to do. The outside BBQ was ideal and provided our dinner for most nights. We never got bored hanging around the house. We used the two bedrooms with three beds for the kids in the second bedroom, we all fitted in perfectly. These is one bathroom upstairs and the second toilet downstairs was very useful as we stayed around the house most days. The town centre, supermarket and beach were only a short drive away. The internet connection was not the most reliable but the owner was quick to try and fix this. The owner was friendly and helped made our stay very relaxing. Our family loves Concarneau and we love this house. We will be back again.
