EXCEPTIONAL PANORAMIC sea view house, garden and terrace

We enjoyed aur stay a lot, even when it rained. The house is beautiful and luxurously furnished, and the view ist gorgeous!

We spent our summer holiday in this wonderful semi detached holiday home. The view from the house is truly magnificent. The house is very well kept. It is very easy to go to Concarneau town by boat so you do not need to take your car every time. The house is a good base to do all kinds of nice things like sailing, walking, going to the beach or maybe visiting another town or a castle.

My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery store and good bakery. Odile, the property host, was easy to communicate with before and during our booking. She warmly welcomed us and gave us great suggestions for beaches, restaurants and things to do. Concarneau is a great base for exploring the western part of Brittany and this specific home location was excellent.

This property is a very spacious, beautifully decorated home with comfortable contemporary furniture, large well equipped kitchen, excellent beds and quality bathroom, all impeccably clean and in perfect condition. The very luminous downstairs living space and kitchen have floor to ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the ocean and the port where there is much entertainment from the many boats coming and going. We loved everything about this place! It is not just a vacation home but a place that one could live in all year round. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. We look forward to the day we can return.

The best part of this small compact house was its absolutely stunning views over the sea and the harbour of Concarneau. The garden was also very nice with wonderful sea view as well. The house is located along a very nice pedestrian sea walk and very close to the centre of Concarneau. The house is decorated with style. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Ty Men Krenn!

The view is amazing and very beautiful and the house is nicely furnished in a contemporary style. A few improvements would make it even better such as blackout curtains across the whole of each bedroom window, wardrobe space as currently none in either double bedroom and a few provisions on arrival such as milk and bread. The upper floor boards creak a lot and should be fixed and both double bedrooms seemed damp. I have drawn some of these points to the attention of the owner.
