House with garden in excellent location 500 meters from the sea only for two adults.

We were there for 10 days beginning of October and our time at the house was very peaceful and tranquil, just the sound from the 'grilli' at night. The house has a lovely terrace with a small garden and a great bbq that served us very well. There is a small shop and restaurant close by that is very touristic but sufficient. If you are looking for good restaurant's i would recommend Villasimius 'le Pavoncelle' and visit Cagliari ! The beach Spiaggia di Genn'e Mari is a paradise with white soft sand and clear blue sea, that during the week is very quite. The host Efisio is very helpful and easily contactable ensuring a trouble free stay.

Spent nearly two weeks at this place and it was amazing little home to come to at the end of each day. It had everything that was needed, very clean, cosy, simply fantastic. Would return straightaway. Loved the whole of the island too. Thank you Efisio and Simona

We had a great holiday, the house was perfect it had all we needed, the outside area was was used at all times of the day. The beach was great, everyone was friendly and helpful which was good as we do not speak Italian. Shop and restaurant had every thing we needed. A car is a must , it's not far from the airport but to explore the amazing coast and country side it is needed, hope to return.

When we arrived we had a warm welcome by Efisio and Simona. The apartment was cosy, comfortable en perfectly clean. It is similar to the pictures. We especially liked the private outdoor seating. The beach of Torre Delle Stelle is a short walk down the road. Other beaches are reachable by car. The region of Villasimius has beautiful beaches. The town Villasimius (25 minute ride) is lively in the evening. Torre delle Stelle is small, but has a supermarket, cash machine and restaurant. All in short walking distance of the apartment.
