The house is located in the renowned tourist resort of Torre delle Stelle, 250 meters from the beach of white sand and crystal clear water called Cann'e Sisa, reproduced in the attached photographs.
The village is equipped with all services: market, butcher, fishmonger, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, emergency doctor, etc. Furthermore, twice a week there is an excellent market where, among other things, you can buy local products: fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, etc.
Thevillage is located 16 kilometers from Villasimus in an ideal position to reach numerous other splendid beaches in a few minutes by car.
The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (the two bedrooms are connected through a hallway), a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, large covered veranda, garden, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with a wall safe and an anti-intrusion alarm system.
In the months of July and August arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.
