House with 9 bedrooms,9 bathrooms,11 AC,wi-fi,pool and fitness

Our host was very responsive to requests. The house is in a nice location on the north end of Silves. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy. The pool is excellent. The temperature was perfect. The laundry facilities are useable but do need a bit of upgrading/fixing and I think that is being addressed. The house with all the bedrooms and bathrooms is fantastic for all eight of us older guys. One thing we would have liked is a newer BBQ. Overall, this is a wonderful vacation home that I hope we will be able to rent again next year.

We stayed here with 3 other families, with ages 1-7 years. The communication was brilliant, we paid extra for the swimming pool to be heated and the kids spent so much time in the pool! Some of the rooms are.a bi

Great villa. Super layout, with ensuite rooms for large families. Really well equipped kitchen. Superb pool area. Only disappointment was no pool table or real gym.

We had a brilliant time. The property was clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic - enjoyed by children and adults alike. There was room for people to have their own space as well as lots of different social spaces. Silves was close enough and had a range of places to eat as well as things to look at. It all had a great feel. A car is necessary to see Portimao - can recommend the boat trip. All in all, we'd recommend and would think of doing it again.

We were very impressed with the property. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is essential when you are a big group. The villa felt very secure. The pool is a good size and the kitchen near the pool is good for keeping refreshments. The main kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need and the large cooking pots made it easy to cater for the group. The tables both outside and inside enabled the group to sit together. The sun terrace was great for getting some peace and quiet and sitting in the evening. The villa is well located a short walk from Silves which is a lovely town with lots of facilities. Also easy access to lots of other towns and beaches. The host met us when we arrived and checked in during the week. The family we travelled with had stayed in the villa before and we would definitely recommend it again.

Does what it says. All bedrooms with AC were a blessing when the temperatures were oppressive. Any problems were quickly resolved by the host and staff. A very enjoyable stay .

We needed a property to cater for a large group. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space . No issue and owner always available if needed.
