Nice pace to stay but difficult to get feed during Ramadan

The owner Nejib replies to messages quickly. I arrived at night, but he met me and settled, thank you very much the house is cozy, great location, next to several restaurants, the beach, supermarket, right on the marina, safe and clean. I recommend this place for a nice and relaxing time.

The location is good enough bcz u are close to the beach and just 10 min far from port El kantaoui where u can eat,drink,shop or just sit down at one of the nice terrace and enjoy the view of the port and if u want to go the down down then is 15 min and around the villa u have planty drug stores and restaurants and coffes banks actionaly whatever u need is just nea by.the villa is spacious and got a nice garden and parking place for the car,big kitchen and 3 bedrooms and bathroom and other sprate toilet and big living room good WiFi....the owner of the house was always available when we had question and react almost immediately.I would recommend this and villa to friends or family member of mine if they wanna have a pleasant stay....we had a good time we enjoyed being there and it's gonna be our distination for the next time for sure...

Our stay in Najoi’s apartment was excellent! The apartment is in a contemporary villa and strategically located in a very safe and very calm area. We were gladly surprised by the facilities of the apartment: good working internet connexion, many English TV channels … The sea is just a few metres away and you can get whatever you may need in the surrounding area. There are lots of small shops, cafés, banks, many delicious restaurants and whatever a tourist need. We are playing with the idea of going back to Sousse next year and we will definitely choose Najoi´s place again. A warm and 5-star experience.

Very nice apartment. Super nice owners! The area is a bit run down, but didn''t matter to us. If there was a question or small problem in the apartment (like bad light in the bathroom) the owner came right over and fixed it. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, and I would love to visit again in the future. The house was clean, and well equipped.

my family and i enjoyed our stay at the villa. it was clean and very well kept it was near shops and amenities.it was quiet most of the time but they were building work giong on round about us but it didnt bother us.fantastic holiday and would go back to same villa

This is a lovely villa, eventually we stayed for three weeks instead of two and it's well equipped. We were there over Chrsitmas and New year and it was a bonus to have central heating and a washing machine! The villa is set in a quiet area, which is close to the main road from Sousse to PEK. 100%, We will be back again.

It was a beautiful villa in a good location. The bathroom was just amazing and the villa its self was just fabulous. I would reccomend it to anyone and the lady who owns the villa is very nice too.
