Stayed Sep 9, 2024Exactly as represented. Vitor assisted getting us settled and with his knowledge of local feasts and happenings. House had EVERYTHING you could possibly need while staying there. Clean and quiet. Vitor assisted us with baggage to and from the rental. Three minute walk uphill from the street parking, as noted in their VRBO ad. Would stay here again

Stayed Sep 10, 2023Everything was perfect, we loved our vacation in Madeira and in this house with a perfect view. Vitor and Ana were very kind and, even if anything is very far at Madeira, we enjoyed the location of Arco da Calheta to do our daily hikes and to rest at the beach of Calheta. The weather was also very good in comparison of other location in the isle. Thank you very much !

Stayed Aug 25, 2023This house is amid banana plants with a wonderful view to the ocean and mountains. A short walk from the street to the house is no problem and you can see how they grow, handle and harvest the bananas here. Vitor is very kind and helpful, if you have questions. He waited for us although our plane came very late in the night.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023Lovely property, great view, real authentic experience of the island. Ideal for couples looking to explore. Many amenities very close by shops,restaurants, beaches only 30minutes from Funchal it was perfect!

Stayed Sep 27, 2022If you looking quiet, very comfortable place where every morning you can welcome looking at sea this is place for you. Surrounded by banana trees it's exactly what me and my friends were looking for. Kitchen has everything you need, there is plenty of space inside. Supermarket is very close. Contact with host was also perfect. We can recommend that ok place without any doubts.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022... for a couple of days or longer. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, good internet, wonderful quiet location in the middle of a banana plantation, great views form the terrace, helpful host - what else could you wish for?

Stayed Jul 22, 2021My friends and me really enjoyed our stay. The apartment especially the terrasse is beautiful. The apartment is big and clean. It is really quiet and located in a banana farm. We could reach every destination on the island really well and the host Victor is really kind. I would 100 % recommend this place.
