House across street from beach w/unobstructed view

This property and area are soooo nice! The house is in a dead end street and secluded area with no traffic other than the people living/staying there. We have always stayed in North Myrtle Beach and will probably not go back to staying there after being in Surfside. There was an abundance of good restaurants, shopping, groceries and great coffee/bakery spots which was important to my family! Broadway at the Beach was a 15 min. drive which was nice. I don't know if it was the area or because we stayed the week most kids went back to school, but there was a lot less traffic than we were used to for North & main Myrtle Beach areas. Another advantage was Murrell's Inlet was 20 min drive and we went to walk the pier and take in the sites. It was full of bars and restaurants that we hope to try next year. The pool was clean and maintained by a pool company and was a nice size that fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen was large with plenty of cabinets for food and was fully stocked with kitchenware. The front porch was large with 2 high top tables and chairs for 8-10 people. The management company was quick to respond with a maintenance person arriving within an hour for a minor oven issue. The owner was also very quick to respond to any email with questions or concerns. The management company sent numerous emails in advance of the trip with lots of information about our stay & things we would need to know. This was a fun family trip that will not be forgotten!

We had an amazing time staying at this beach house for our girls trip with 14 women! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and access to the beach was super convenient, which made our stay even better.One area for improvement would be the mattresses and pillows in the apartment section of the house; they weren’t the most comfortable. I did mention this to the property management company, and they told me they have mattress toppers available, so I wish I had known that earlier. Also, we were told we’d receive a text when the house was ready for check-in, but we never did.Even with those small hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for a large group get away!

Amazing house in a quiet location close to all the courses we played. Clean. Well equipped. Would come back to the same house if we can get it next year.

House was just as it was listed. The accommodations were perfect for eight guys who were looking for a week of golfing several courses and the house was perfectly located.

Great location and home for 12-person golf trip to Myrtle Beach. Plenty of gathering space, ample bedrooms and restrooms, and a great front porch with clear view of the ocean.Only inconvenience was having to run to a nearby store for trash bags and dish soap. Otherwise, the entire group thoroughly enjoyed the visit!

I booked this property for a church men’s group weekend retreat for four days. The property’s description was somewhat deceptive once we arrived. The expectation was to book a beach residence on the front house row of Surfside Beach. This residence is located on the second row of homes. The hot water was mostly nonexistent.

This property was perfect for our stay. The location and the accommodations were exactly what we needed and having the ocean view was outstanding.

We had a great time with family and friends. The house is very spacious. Love that the beach is a few steps away from the house. Would have liked if the apartment had a gate to connect to the deck of the house. The kitchen needs a little remodeling. But over all we had a great vacation.

Place perfectly as advertised. Great location, great hosts- no concerns.

Property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchens could use a little better stocking- apartment side. The floors had not been swept when we arrived and were very sandy.

Very clean and close to everything 12 golfers had no problems at this house.

This is beautiful prosperity! View excellent. The house was just right. We enjoyed the pool. We had a small problem checking in but they were great with resolution. I would rent this again for sure,

The home’s layout gave us plenty of room. The pool is a great size and the beach is a stone’s throw away. The view from the balconies was a huge plus. We used the kitchen everyday and it was perfect for many of us working together. We would love to return!

Had a fantastic week. Absolutely beautiful place and close to everything. Our host Maureen made everything wonderful. Very clean and was a perfect fit for my family!!! Definitely will go back next year!❤️

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! There were 20 of us and we had more than enough space. Probably the cleanest beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Bathrooms for everyone. Well insulated so we could have fun without disturbing sleeping babies. The location was unbeatable. Amazing view. The shortest walk to the beach. Very short drive to anything you need, but the neighborhood made it feel like you were far from everything. Within the first 24 hours people were telling me we should stay here again. communication ahead with management was great, and I had no need to contact them for anything at all during our stay because Everything was in great shape and we didn’t have any unanswered questions.
