The Space:

The Palms – Suite C is part of a beautifully restored antebellum home, offering a perfect mix of history and sophistication with lush outdoor spaces. Relax in a style with access to a stunning shared courtyard with a hot tub – a rare amenity in downtown Charleston – all just steps from vibrant King St!



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C. They share the common courtyard space and hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C and Suite C's balcony seating area. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard, accessed from Saint Philip St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

• This home is divided into 3 separate units. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B / C are located on the second & third floors. They share the courtyard and hot tub.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are two exterior cameras. They monitor the patio and brick alley entrance.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

    House is nice. Easy to find. Parking is less than a block away ( a bit tricky with luggage as there's not always spaces in front of the house to park). There are 2 bedrooms -- once closer to the street and one further away. Definitely some street noise but with the white noise machine and earplugs I slept fine. Comfortable living room. No dining room but there's stools at the counter in the kitchen. Easy to walk to downtown Charleston.

    This was even better than I expected. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. The Outside space has a large sitting area and we enjoyed sitting outside at night. The location was great to Kings street and restuants.I will definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful clean and easy walking to everything! Host were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with for any questions. They provided a nice welcome book with all the information you could thing of on the place and Charleston. Check in and check out very easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Tom and Hannah have a great place with an absolute fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay! The suite had all that we needed and was beautifully decorated. As an added bonus, the backyard was a perfect end of day oasis. Tom and Hannah were exceptional hosts and very accessible. We will definitely be back!!

    We do vacation rentals two to four times each year and have done so for the last 20 years. I have to say that this property was probably the nicest we have come across. The amenities were perfect. We stayed 6 nights here and never had the first problem. The property was spotless, quiet, and towels were plentiful. You will not go wrong staying here.     Where to begin, we stayed 3 nights at the Palm. The pictures are exactly as shown. The beds, linens and furniture is higher end goods. The kitchen is very well appointed. The outdoor space is amazing. We sat outside each night and the decorative lighting and comfortable furniture set the ambiance. Each and every time we reached out to Tom and Hannah they responded and even checked on us during our stay. Truly the apartment and building is amazing. It was very quiet at night to be so close to King Street. Book your stay you will Not be disappointed.

    We had some difficulties with the first property we rented from Tom and Hannah, but they worked with us to resolve it and were able to place us in another property they had. Both properties were decorated beautifully and in great locations. Hosts were very responsive and communicated quickly, their property manager Danny was wonderful.
