Welcome to a beautifully updated mountain home with a freshly remodeled main level, hardwood floors, a bright open layout, and wide mountain views from nearly every room. The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood under 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park and only a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s an ideal base for hiking, sightseeing, snowshoeing, wildlife watching, and quiet evenings under the stars.

The main level features a light-filled living room with seven large windows facing the mountains, a wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable TV area, an open dining space with seating for eight, and a well-equipped kitchen. An office/daybed nook offers flexible sleeping or work space.

Upstairs, two king bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. The primary suite opens directly onto a huge upper deck with a private hot tub—one of the home’s highlights. This deck is a spectacular place for sunrise coffee, mountain-view dinners, or late-night stargazing.

Downstairs, a second living room with another fireplace creates an excellent hangout space for kids, teens, or separate groups. A third bedroom and laundry/half bath complete this lower level, with its own sliding glass door framing more mountain views.

With two living rooms, beds for eight, and a private outdoor spa deck, the home is designed for families, couples traveling together, wedding groups, and adventurers seeking comfort and space.

We really enjoyed staying at this very clean and nicely equipped home. The quiet neighborhood and close proximity to town were appreciated. The deck was perfect for playing cards, eating and grilling, and seeing wildlife. The hot tub was clean and warm. The rooms were spread out as to accommodate all the couples privacy. We would recommend this place for future visits.

I absolutely loved having our own space to come back to. The views were absolutely beautiful, I think our favorite was going out on the balcony at night and being able to see the stars . It is fairly close to everything we needed. We will stay here again!!

Overall, the property was clean but there were some things that were very disappointing. I would say that most of them were from the management company. The grill was absolutely disgusting. The hot tub was not working and actually shut off when we arrived. This tells me that the cleaning crew did not even look at it. It was fixed during our stay. There were also spiders in the lower bedroom that we sprayed ourselves. There are also many outside maintenance issues. I would not want young children on the deck at all. It was adequate for our stay but not worth what we paid for it as compared to other VRBOs that we have used in Estes.

The house provided a lot of room for our whole family, we had 8 people staying. The one room does not have a door and the room is open to the living room. Enjoyed the hot tub. House is as described.

Our stay was Amazing!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. There was a couple of hiccups but the owner was quick to try and fix what was wrong. We will make it a future stay when we go back to Colorado..

Place is in a great location if you’re wanting to be outside the busy downtown area but still only a few miles away like we were. House was clean and process of getting in was very easy with instructions. Accommodations were adequate but the hot tub after a long day hiking was amazing with a beautiful view. Kitchen had most necessary items but only had coffee mugs and no cups/ glasses. Overall it was a great stay and would stay there again

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated with Dana regarding area forest fires. She was quick to respond—providing updates as needed. The place was clean and a great location for downtime between activities in Estes Park and the RMNP. Wonderful vacation!

A perfect place for our trip to RMNP! Close to park entrances and just enough secluded from the hustle and bustle of town. The house was cozy and clean and the hot rub was great after hiking all day! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Perfect location on the edge of a development so it feels like you're out on your own while still in town. Everyone loved the hot tub, and the spacious deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out. Perfect house for a family vacation.

Clean, roomy, and well stocked if a little dated in places. Hot tub was awesome and the location was perfect for Rocky Mountain National Park.
