The Space:

This historic antebellum home has been transformed into The Palms - a luxury Boho Chic retreat that features a stunning shared courtyard with a hot tub. Perfect for outdoor gathering, all just one block to King St!



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C. They share the common courtyard space and hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating **



This listing is for two adjacent Suites, B + C, with a total of 4 bedrooms located on the second and third floors. Each Suite has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen and living room. They share a private porch which overlooks the courtyard.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite's B+ C and the balcony seating areas. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard, accessed from Saint Philip St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 2 parking spaces are provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown

• No parties or events.



• Hot tub hours 9am - 9pm (Hot Tub is shared with guests of Suite A)



• This home is divided into 3 separate units. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B / C are located on the second & third floors. They share the courtyard and hot tub.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite's B + C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are two exterior cameras. They monitor the patio and brick alley entrance.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

    We stayed in Suites B and C which was absolutely perfect. It gave everyone some privacy and we could meet in the common areas outside and could all easily fit into the living space when we were inside. Beds were comfortable, entire space was very clean. Location was terrific and nice to have convenient parking spots. We’ll be back!

    We stayed for a girls trip for a long weekend. The location is great, lots near by and the property is very clean, super cute and has amazing outdoor spaces. The owners are very responsive and really helpful with ideas and recommendations.
