It was a very beautiful home. Very clean, quiet area and really relaxing. Our Mom and 3 of my sisters and myself stayed and we had a great time together. There was plenty of room for all of us

This house was great! It was very comfortable and clean. Had a great outside space and was close to everything! The hosts were very prompt to respond to questions and gave suggestions for things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.!

Everything was perfect!

Host really takes the time to make the place very usable from the moment you enter the home. They stock the kitchen with those extras needed when you walk in: water in the fridge, snacks, coffee and cream. We arrived late and those extras helped in the morning. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials like soap, qtips, cotton balls, and lots of towels including robes. The kids room upstairs is really cute and has a little loft with bean bags and games. The main room has a comfy bed, but if you are looking for fluffy pillows we would suggest bringing them. They have lots of extra blankets and a ready to go laundry area. The showers are small, but they do have a large tub. The home is located right in the heart of the town and you can walk two blocks to ice cream, Patti's Restaurant and the lake. Everything was perfect, just as described and pictured. We had a great time! The location and proximity to everything was just what we were looking for and the house was super comfortable.

We were there for just one night, so nice wish we were staying longer. Very comfortable accommodating and clean. Plan to come back so we can stay longer and bring family.

Everything was fabulous. We didn't expect to come into this nice of house, We had a wonderful time and the kids loved the room. There were games for them to play. We would definitely rent again but in the summer next time.

I cannot overstate how much we loved this VRBO and the town of Grand Rivers. As we drove into the town everything was covered in holiday lights. It was straight out of a hallmark movie. There is an area by Pattis that had a walk through Christmas light display. There are cute shops to visit and plenty of other restaurants to choose from that are equally good. The house is so much more than we expected as well. It is bigger and just so well laid out. Everything you could need is provided and the decor is bright and welcoming. You can tell the owners take great pride in providing a stay that will exceed your expectations. We planned to stay one night and loved the property so much we asked to stay longer. It was booked, which is not surprising. If you are considering this property, book it! You will love it.

Very nice place! A lot of room, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Spent the majority of our time around the fire pit. Had everything there you needed. Just a great place.

This property was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well-stocked. The hosts truly thought of everything—board games, essential toiletry items, K-cups, tea, coffee, bottled water, a spa tub, hot tub, corn hole boards, plenty of towels, and extra bedding. We honestly could not have asked for anything better!The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, a grocery store, and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Pristine home with well thought out amenities. Wish I could give six stars. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee around the fire pot. We couldn’t stop talking about how nice things were. We plan to come again.

We all fell in love with this house. It had everything you could possibly want. It was fully stocked! Only thing you really had to bring was your clothes. All 7 of us are baby boomers so we loved the Elvis records. Only one little thing was that the upstairs bedroom was a little warm. But we solved that by opening both end windows and it immediately cooled off by bedtime. Within walking distance of Patti’s. Would definitely give this a 10 out 10 review and recommend to everyone!

Very spacious and close to the Inn where others in my family stayed. My grandson adored the kids room with the basketball and games.

Very nice. Thermostats were a bit difficult to understand. Didn't know there were two so I froze 1st night. Well stocked fridge and everything was nice.

We love coming to the Lawson’s. We had come in October 2024, and we knew we had to come back with our kids this year. It’s close to everything, it’s convenient. This place was amazing!! They have absolutely Everything you could possibly need right down to the snacks n drinks. Outside was just as nice from the firepit, to the hottub. Great location as well. Loved it!! Celebrated a birthday with family and spent a day in CLARKSVILLE, TN. Will definately stay again. Thanks for Everything!

Stopped for one night. Kids loved the loft with games and the hot tub. Walking distance to everything. Soft towels, comfy beds, great stocked kitchen.

Everything you could possibly need was already there for you! The property was immaculate with amenities galore.

This is the perfect place! Everything in town is a short walk. House is spotless and roomy. Little extras such as snacks, drinks, and toiletries are perfect! The hit tub felt wonderful for the cool nights. We xame for a day ride at turkey bay. There was plenty of parking for our truck and tailer. We plan on making this a n annial trip and will definitely stay here again!

Myself and four of my friends had a one night stay at this fabulous property. It was a chance for us all to gather away from our spouses and children and enjoy some girl time. When we walked into the home, we immediately notice how clean it was and smelled fantastic. As we looked around, we were impressed by the thoughtfulness of our hosts with all the little extra touches. There was tea and coffee, snacks, games, books, condiments, etc. All the little things to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The layout of the house is great and we had plenty of room. It would also work well for families with children. It was close to Patti's and not too far from the lake. It was quiet, clean, and cozy! The kitchen was spacious and the outdoor space in the backyard was well thought through. All in all 10/10 and we'll stay there again! Thanks so much!!
