Stayed Jun 6, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every contact that all of us had with staff enhanced our stay even more. From Allison who took and followed up on the changes that we had in our reservations to the crew staff and Maintenance especially Steve Lewis who were only a phone call away and security, the nice lady, I did not get her name who let me in after I locked myself out. It is not the least expensive place to stay, but it is definitely the best value.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and equipped with anything you would need in the kitchen. The screened porches were the best part. You could have drinks on the front deck gazing at the bay and coffee on the back deck watching the wildlife. The houses are near each other but they are staggered so you don’t feel overcrowded. The grounds were well maintained and the staff, friendly and accommodating. It’s definitely a golf cart community with the nearby town only minutes from the house. If you like privacy and a low key environment, this is the place to be.

The golf cart was a hit. They could even roam Grand Rivers. It all felt so safe and relaxing!!
