Hot Tub, 6 bedrooms, sleeps 16, Theater and game room

Great place to stay - worked great fo our group. Plenty of things to do with ping pong, theatre room etc…

The house was nice. Plenty of beds for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked. Only complaint was the bed in the masterbedroom was very squeaky.

This location was perfect for our group (6 adults, 7 kids). Our young kids had a blast with the games and arcade in the basement, and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The host was very responsive with questions I had, the house was beautiful and was a perfect home base for our activities! Couldn’t have chosen a better property to stay at!!

This house worked out well for our family with mostly adults and three small kids. Everyone was very comfortable and there was fun things for the kids to do. The house is new and clean and we loved the hot tub.

This was an awesome rental! Very clean, lots of towels. The hot tub, game room and movie room where big hits with the teens.

The kids loved the ping pong and the theater room. Overall everything was great.

They had a high chair, pack n play and toys for kids as well as games. Very well set up!It was such a wonderful home to stay in and had everything we needed. We came up for our son’s wedding and will probably use the same location again for future visits if available. It was really a fantastic experience!

This home was perfect for our families stay. It was very beautiful and clean and in great location for us. It was very family friendly, the children loved the game room and media room. The kitchen had the supplies that we needed. The host was very kind and helpful with our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

House has great location! Everything was clean and worked great! Owner was quick to answer questions too. Would stay here again!

Great house.! We highly recommend it for groups and families with children.

We had plenty of space and everyone in our group was able to have their own rooms/beds. The game and movie rooms were great for kids/teens.

Perfect size for our group. Plenty of room, and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful. Would have liked a little more group seating for ‘hanging out’ and visiting. Great property.

We were looking for a place right in Smithfield that was close to our Daughter's home while we were in town for a family event. This was just blocks from her home and provided ALL the space the 6 adults and 2 children needed. We enjoyed the theater room for a movie night, played ping pong and skee ball all hours of the night and had room around the kitchen table for all of us. We had a great trip. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Enjoyed visiting.

Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Well stocked, clean, fun games, spacious, and perfect for what we needed for our stay.

Perfect fit for what me and my co-workers were looking for when all of the hotels were booked out and we needed another alternative.

We were very happy with our stay. Would book again!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, clean and fresh, the whole family had fun! From the ping pong, keyboard, and theater room. The beds were all comfortable. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

Our family had an excellent experience staying at this property! Our young adults and teenagers had plenty of things to do and the couples with small families felt right at home as well. Even though some of us live close, it was refreshing to all be together in a space that allowed us to focus on each other instead of the regular household chores that sometimes are distractions. We would definitely stay here again!
