Brand new 3 bed 2 bath with sunset views

Listing was exactly as stated. Great place and saw amazing sunsets! Lots of options in the area!

The basement property was realy nice. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the stairs down to it. It was not mentioned it was a basement apartment and that there are 14 stairs. I have balance issues. The stairs were a challenge. Once down them things were OK. I would recommend a grab bar in the walk-in shower. It is a very nice shower, but it would have been nice to have a bar to hold onto.

Had a great stay here for a wedding. House was well stocked and very cozy. The host was easy to get ahold of and a great communicator. Can’t beat the views from this place. 7 of us stayed, and we all had more then enough room. Felt spacious and cozy. Would stay again!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view off the back patio. We had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic view, great location

Communication was great. The basement rental was beautiful. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was a basement and somehow i missed that in the description. Having 4 kids and constantly asking them to be respectfully quiet for the people upstairs was an annoyance i wasn't anticipating. Overall, however, it worked great for our needs. Thanks!

That was very nice that they allowed us to bring our dogs.

Everything was great. We didn’t notice that the apartment was a basement, but it was still very comfortable. Spotless and well furnished.

We came to town for the university’s homecoming event and to spend time with our family. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and nice the apartment was. The hosts were great at communicating and were incredibly gracious as we needed to extend our stay a couple of days. Our college freshman got really sick that weekend with a virus that kept him down for days. it was nice to have plenty of room for him to come and rest and recuperate, and to be able to have ample room to spend time as a family and as an added bonus a great washer and dryer set to get him caught up on laundry while he stayed and recuperated. We would happily stay here again.

This location is amazing. Imagine sitting in a covered patio looking out at the valley with the mountains in the background. We will be staying there on the future.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Loved the sunsets! The home is impeccably clean, fully equipped for cooking, kicking black with some flix, or just hitting one of the comfy beds. The only unexpected aspect was the stairs leading down to the basement location. I probably missed that part of the description. We hope to stay there again on our next visit north. We were visiting for an event in the valley and this location was a fantastic oasis. The area was clean and relaxing to unwind in at the end of the day.The host was fantastic and great at responding to any questions that we had.Definitely will be scheduling again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location and views were fantastic! The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to hikes, shopping, and activities. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing evenings on the patio, taking in the stunning views from the backyard. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host provided clear checkin/checkout instructions and responsive communication. We had a wonderful time!

This property exceeded our expectations, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our family loved gathering in the cozy living room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and Utah State graduation ceremonies. The kitchen was just the right size for prepping meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners together. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone.One of the standout features was the outdoor space, where we soaked in mountain views and beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was peaceful and ideal for morning walks or refreshing runs. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again!

The unit is very nice! We were pleased with our experience. It’s conveniently located with easy access to town, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful get away!! & the sunsets are spectacular!!!

I was very impressed by this property. Not only was it a beautiful location and 45 minutes or less from two skiing spots, but the hospitality of the hosts was incredible. They left a personalized note and the home had just about everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this basement location of the home - it was exactly what we needed for a perfect family vacation celebrating my dad’s 55th birthday.

We visit Cache Valley often and have stayed in a variety of places. This home, by far, is the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful home we’ve ever stayed. Hayden was fantastic to work with- always friendly and communicative, helpful and proactive. There is nowhere else we’ll ever stay again when we visit!

The basement apartment is very clean, it has an amazing veiw of the valley!

Lots of room, clean and well equipped with friendly host. Stayed for our son to do the Bear 100 ultra-marathon. The location was excellent, and the home was easy to get to.

This property is stunning inside and out! The hosts were very communicative despite that I was not due to being very busy. The check in and check out was simple and easy to achieve. The home was clean. The outdoor patio was extremely dusty, but I did still sit outside and enjoy the view. The sunsets were beautiful! Love the way the home is styled. Very nice and safe neighborhood.

We come to Logan for every Aggies game and would definitely chose to stay here again. It is a very large clean space, well appointed and great for family to sit around a visit! Highly recommend!
