It has everything I want in a Sea Ranch rental:Beautiful bedrooms which all have an ocean view, comfortable bench seats everywhere, a gourmet kitchen that is well- stocked, a quiet library, fun room, hot tub. Need I go on? Our friends had never stayed at Sea Ranch and they were totally blown away! Oh! The view of the ocean!!

Reviewer Comments: the location was amazing. the house had a great floor plan, plenty of room for the 5 of us staying there. fortunately one of the bedrooms had an accessible shower--the tubs are a bit deep. the kitchen was a chef's kitchen, really well equipped with top of the line appliances. absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

It is showing a little wear and tear in some areas. It would have been helpful to have instructions on the use of the stove, oven, hot tub,etc. The coffeemaker did not work. There was plenty of room for six adults for 5 nights, but only one towel and washcloth per person for 5 nights was skimpy. And the quality was thin and scratchy. Even a single box of Kleenex in the house would have been useful. When we arrived it was tidy, but probably vacant for a while, all of the counters had a layer of dust. Overall we would stay there again, but bring our own towel and Kleenex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfect for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms attached to their own bathrooms. The view is incredible and right off the shoreline. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been additional outdoor seating. The patio is perfect for whale watching but lacks seating for 6 people.

My daughters and their husbands and my adult grandchildren especially loved the extensive library room, the pool table in the “mini maritime museum” plus the hot tub. There were beautiful views from every room, a wonderful kitchen, and lots of walking trails nearby. A hot water issue was taken care of promptly. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than our three days. No one wanted to leave!!

Reviewer Comments: Because I’m confined to a wheelchair I was told the home was ADA, which was why we rented it. It wasn’t. In addition, once I finally was able to get into the home, it was 90 degrees inside. My husband had to go into town to get plywood to build me a ramp to get inside on my own. Not a good start to our vacation. We didn’t find the home to be comfortable. A little too modern to be “Sea Ranch” comfortable.

The house is architecturally beautiful. Spacious rooms all with large picture windows with views of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and great for making family meals. We hope to come back again next year.

Some throws in the living room for cuddling up would be good. Although the long window seats are generous and perfect for a nap, the lack of seating with backs is disappointing. Beautiful views of the coast and the ocean make it difficult to pull yourself away from staring at the great view!
