Stayed Jul 9, 2025the house was spacious and nice. the yard had a nice campfire pit with seating. The basement was the only downside. There was a musty wet smell so we couldn’t use the rooms down there. the beach was very nice and just a short walk. Check in was so easy. The stay was pretty nice overall.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The cleanliness was good, and I love a house that’s already been lived in, specially with children. Everything in and around the house was nice. Cons: Lots of pine needles. Was looking forward to using the fire pit but was absolutely impossible due to the needles. Also it AC window units you have to install if you need AC. Which you do because it still gets 90+ degrees inside NH.
