Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like to come to Cinnamon Shores for the end of summer last trip each year. We've been doing it for quite a few years now, and stayed at several different homes over the trips. This is the first time we were a bit disappointed. The furniture in the main living area is showing it's age and really needs a refresh. The sofa and all three chairs are stained and dirty, and the rug was really dirty around the edges. There were a lot of nice things about the home- the bedrooms were all nice, the kitchen is well equipped. We still really enjoyed our stay. The Luau party was a big hit with our kids, and of course the property of Cinnamon Shore is always well maintained and top notch. The beach chair rental was great- this year they told you exactly where your chairs were- so quick and easy to go right to your spot! The new chair covers and umbrellas were really nice! Overall it was a nice stay and of course we will come back, but will probably choose a different home. One thing also worth mentioning- for the first time in all of our stays, this home does not offer beach towels so be sure to bring some with you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time at this rental house, and overall, it's perfect for our size group and general needs. I've found that over the years, the property has gotten a bit rundown. The ice machine kept running and eventually leaked a ton of water on the floor, the upstairs bathroom drain plug is broken and the kitchen supplies have dwindled. Although, we did appreciate the upgrade to one of the bedrooms upstairs. We had two families with 4 kids in total. 3 out of the four are 5+ and fit well in the bunk room (which has a lot of space!), the 2 year old slept in a bedroom upstairs with bumpers on the bed. The noise does carry in the house, so we used sound machines to help the kids with sleep. Overall, it's a spacious home set back from the noise of the square and plenty of room for all!

The outdoor spaces and porches were a hit, giving us great areas to relax, drink coffee/wine and enjoy each other’s company. Just a heads-up—the kitchen faucet and outdoor shower may need a bit of extra attention to close properly, but overall, it was a fantastic location and space. Would definitely recommend!

The home needed updating and new appliances; microwave was broken and ice machine was barely functioning. Communication with CS was poor as well. They need better communication when amenities like bonfires are canceled. It was a sad experience; we won’t return.
