This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your

Stayed May 31, 2026The home base house was perfect for our needs. We mountain biked and explored Capitol Reef state park. The house was well equipped and VERY clean. So thankful that they allow dogs as our sweet Goldendoodle came with us. Sharon at the camp store was amazing. Her carrot cake is to die for ice cream was good too!!!!! We loved our stay!!!

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Home Base! We were traveling with dogs, and that was easy, affordable, and we felt very welcomed in all of our interactions. House was clean and very comfortable, certainly recommend it for anyone traveling through or staying a few days in the area.
