I cant recommend this property enough. We were staying for a softball tournament, and I really liked this option instead of a hotel. I was traveling with my young daughter and I felt very safe here. When we travel to this area again. We will absolutely be returning. 5/5 would recommend!

Amazing property!! The town is tiny, but has so much character. Loved the convenience store!! Amazing breakfast and lunch options. Our host was great with communication and quick to respond!

Great place to stay!!!! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Although food options in Joseph is very limited, having Richfield 10 minutes away easily eliminates that obstacle.

Great place to stay in the Joesph/Richfield area. Easy in and out from freeway. Cute porch to sit and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this place.

The stay was great. Everything you need for a weekend getaway from the city. The ice cream was delicious too!

Checking in was easy. The place was so big and exactly as pictured, maybe better! Truly it was a relief to stay here on our way back from hotel hopping. Wonderful and kind host, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location and was very kid friendly.

The place is very clean. No complaints about that. I was disappointed that there was no TV in the bedroom and it’s right next to the freeway. I slept on the couch because the bedroom was too noisy from the semi truck all night on the freeway.

Dog friendly, safe, comfortable, and affordable. Everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay.

Good clean good accommodation

The home was well appointed and the people we met were friendly and courteous. It is bigger than it appears, with lots of space to relax and there are two AC/heat units to ensure a comfortable stay. Good Internet access. My only complaint is that you can hear the freeway. I highly recommend staying here!

This was one of my favorite places. It was so comfortable and homey. Shane was especially helpful to me throughout the entire registration process and all of the staff I met were super friendly. And the price point was affordable!! Thanks so much!
