Bedroom 1: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and comfortable seating. French doors leading to patio garden.

En-suite shower: WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Views over the garden.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with 3’ beds. Pine bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and comfortable seating.

Under stairs cupboard with freezer.

Lovely light and airy open plan room with impressive vaulted ceiling. Comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, dresser and feature Woodburner (fuel and lighters not provided)

Kitchen Well equipped attractive kitchen area with a high standard of base and wall units, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Fully equipped for a self catering stay.

Garden/patio: Pretty area with rural views and nice range of garden furniture.

Parking: Gravelled driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.

Bedding: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets Maximum of two pets are accepted by prior arrangement £30 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.

Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £150 due prior to commencement of stay.

    Wharf cottage is perfectly situated for the 7 bays and access to Padstow.In a quiet location near a campsite and amongst 10 or so other properties converted from farm buildings. It’s an upside down property and very well insulated. The property is clean and well furnished. It is missing a dishwasher and shower curtain for the second bathroom but otherwise everything else is exactly as you would need and well supplied. Dog friendly but didn’t smell of Dogs. Poo bags provided. Hidden freezer in the downstairs cupboard and electric heated radiators in the bathrooms to dry swimmers even when the weather was wet but you don’t need heating on. Perfect set up for family of 4 and grandparents. Plenty of parking for 3 and a lovely garden well equipped with garden furniture. We will be back
