Holiday home L'Alloro with private parking - MATERA

Pietro was there to meet me and demonstrate the home. He was very quick to communicate and a very gracious host. The home was clean, quiet and comfortable and very convenient to stroll Matera day or night! Thank you Pietro!!!

I can start by saying there's not going to be enough room here to list all the things we loved about our stay with Pietre and Materra! The home was located perfectly on the edge of the old city. It came with all the accoutrement you could ask for, with the possible exception of salt. Pietre was a perfect host guiding us into our parking space on a secured lot at the back of his home. He took his time as he ran us through all the elements of the house to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, allowing us all the time we needed to ask any questions we had. With a full kitchen and the addition of many extras that were included, the house also included two full baths and lots of room to roam even inside the home. We loved our stay in Materra and it was enhanced by staying with Pietre - we highly recommend this location!

We had a lovely stay at Pietro’s spacious and clean home, perfectly located within walking distance of many restaurants and the Sassi. Well worth staying a few nights to see Matera in the evening all lit up. Pietro was very responsive to our texts and we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality! The parking spot is very appreciated in Matera as well. Thank you Pietro!

Pieter was wonderful!!! He met us to assist us parking our car. He was awesome!!! He was a whiz with google translate and gave us a great check in experience. He explained everything- we can’t say enough on how exceptional he was!

The home is perfect, the location is better and the host makes everything happen smooth. Thank you Pietro for your graciousness and the use of your home. It was a great place to base ourselves while we explored your amazing city and surrounding area.

Our kides aged 25 to 28 now say thay Matera is the greatest town k warth such was the live we had for the accommodation and town

Pietro is a lovely host and leaves a lot in the apartment for guests to use. It’s in a good and quiet location,an easy walk into the old town and the beds are very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is perfect and easy to walk to all the key sites and shopping. The gentleman that checked us in was very sweet and worked Google Translate liked a pro. Great, basic accomodations.

We loved everything about this space. The attention to detail in decorating and in making sure we were taken care of was amazing. The space was not only beautiful, and clean but in the perfect spot for use to roam around and see everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Pietro our Host was wonderful. He met us at the property and oriented us to the apartment and the area. He had a map ready for us to help us navigate the city of many hills. It was perfect. The location was 1 block from the old city entrance. The apartment was comfortabke, adorable , and had all amenities , including snacks. We will be back and will stay here again.
