Stayed Mar 23, 2024We had great time staying ‘Under the Pines’ during our 3 days in Matera. The building is conveniently located to the main square & Sassi. The unit was well equipped with virtually everything one needs or wants for a short term stay. The main room, bedrooms & bathrooms were clean & spacious. Communication was excellent & our host met us at the appropriate time for check in with a tour of the unit. He offered maps & suggestions of things to see during our stay. The area seems very safe and the unit is very quiet with security doors & windows. Thank you Domenico for your place & all your assistance!

Stayed Sep 18, 2022we loved the apartment. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice little kitchen and sitting area. Free parking, WIFI, close to all of the attractions. Highly recomment.
