The charming small holiday complex is located idyllically in a protected bay in the north of the city of Vis - directly on the crystal-clear sea and just a few steps from the pebble beach. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature, the property offers three separate holiday houses for 2 to 4 people, each with its own terrace and private outdoor grill. The complex is ideal for all those seeking peace, sun and authentic island atmosphere in Croatia - whether as a couple, family or small group.

This holiday home offers space for up to 4 people on 56 m² of living space. Particularly pleasant is the spacious, shady terrace (35 m²) with seating for five people, awning and own grill - perfect for outdoor meals and relaxed evenings with a view of the garden.



The bright living area combines kitchen, dining room and living room into an open-plan concept. A cosy sofa invites you to relax, while the modern kitchen unit with large fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and sufficient crockery and cutlery is excellently equipped. All guests can comfortably find a place in the dining area.



Two separate bedrooms ensure restful sleep: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the second with a double bed (160 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV as well as bed linen and towels are available. WiFi is not available in this accommodation, which contributes to the relaxing atmosphere of the house.



The accommodation is located on the ground floor, is accessible via a separate entrance and has two sun-protected parking spaces directly at the house. A boat mooring is available on request and for a fee - ideal for guests who want to arrive with their own boat. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is also prohibited in the indoor area.



Only about 20 metres separate you from the sea – the small pebble beach invites you to swim and sunbathe. The surroundings are perfect for water sports enthusiasts: Sailing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing and boat rental are offered in the immediate vicinity. Hikers and cyclists will also find numerous attractive routes through vineyards, olive groves and fragrant macchia landscapes on Vis.



The centre of Vis town can be reached in about 2 kilometres – on foot in around 20 minutes or in a few minutes by car. There you will find cosy cafés, traditional taverns, restaurants with fresh fish and regional wine as well as shopping opportunities, a pharmacy and medical care. Boat trips to the famous Blue Cave on the neighbouring island of Biševo or along the spectacular coast are also offered from here.



The island of Vis, which can only be reached by ferry or catamaran in about two hours from Split, is one of the most pristine and tranquil islands in the Adriatic. It captivates with its untouched nature, dreamlike bays, and its authentic, Mediterranean flair.
