Historic Home Near Main Street Buena Vista!

Everything in this property is very thoughtful, the host is very responsive and prompt. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Really amazing cabin with a lot of history. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was the best equipped we have stayed in. It was clean and the appliances and bathroom were on top shape. The location was right downtown but off the Main Street and was very quiet. Neighborhood was very nice. Great parking on site.

Clean, charming, modern, close to town, close to hiking

The property was great and inside very clean. Yard could use some help and there was a yellow jacket nest under front steps but property manager was very responsive when I brought it up.

It was the perfect place to stay for a few days between other stops. Great access to the downtown area on Main, but in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We got to enjoy all the charm of an old cabin, but restored with all modern conveniences you would want from a new home. Beautifully decorated with very high end linens and pretty much everything else. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed there to get away and this home provided the perfect, cozy, quiet experience we were looking for. Our stay was Awesome! Home was clean, in quiet neighborhood, walking distance to river, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The stay in this VRBO was great. I fully understand the reason there is no AC in this part of the country, but the first day we were there the temperature exceeded 95 degrees. It is sort of rough. I also understand this house was refurbished, but it would have been nice to include lighting with the refurbished house.Let me say I am not in anyway unhappy with our stay. We had a blast! These are just some things I think would improve your place.It was awesome to be able to check-in early so we could get settled and get a little rest before trying to find the location we had to meet our son ho was hiking the Colorado Trail.We will be back. Thanks again!!

We stayed here while visiting BV. Cute rustic cabin close to town and within walking distance to everything. Nice sized master bedroom, huge bathroom with walk in shower, nice modern kitchen to cook family meals, and great laundry facilities on site. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids and teens. I thought the staircase was a bit treacherous, requires some caution to walk up and down it. Overall, loved this vintage home away from home.

A great weekend getaway to the mountains. A good time was had by all.

Excellent host communication, and I love that the VRBO is so close to the main street of Buena Vista. Super quiet, private, clean - the perfect spot to stay.

We loved Buena Vista and our accommodations at camp San Juan! It was an easy walk to town and we enjoyed being in a neighborhood and right down the street from our favorite shop, the Book Nook. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Lovely place in BV with nicely outfitted kitchen (we cooked our meals in), a generous porch for morning coffee and cozy wood burning fire place to gather around at night. We were 4 adult women on a Girls Weekend to do some hiking and hot springs. We thought the twin bed scene upstairs was hysterical and it worked very well for us! Highly recommend.
