The parking space needs to more clearly described with dimensions. Only an extremely small car can fit comfortably. Other than that, everything was great and as advertised. Thanks

The parking space was very tight and I had to have directional help to get in and out of the space without scraping the sides of my car and then had difficulty getting in and out of the driver's side. The doors to the unit were glass and had no privacy coverings! There was no ice, so we had to walk around the corner and buy a bag. No hairdryers. But it was clean, comfortable and served our needs. Also as a senior, the front steps are quite steep and there was no handrail.

Amenities were great, location was central to everything within walking distance or a short uber trip. Loved the pretty palm trees and backyard patio. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were responsive to concerns and questions and addressed them efficiently. Please note that the front bedroom is quite noisy, but we were up late so we didn’t mind.

A wonderful stay! The cottage was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for access to King Street and even walkable to the Battery and White Gardens. The house was comfortable for my husband and I and our two adult children…..having a full bath with each bedroom was great! The host was always responsive and we had a great experience for our first time to use Vrbo. The booking, arrival and departure process was so easy…..Highly recommend!

The property was very clean, great towels, and comfortable beds. The owner/manager was engaged and responsive. The bedrooms and parking was tight. Our Honda CR-V just fit in the parking space. The front bedroom had road noise, especially from garbage pick-up each morning at 5:30am. Best to drive to the downtown area vs walk.

On the plus side, this house was pretty well laid out for its size. It was centrally located to the west side of King Street and close to Hwy 17 for easy access. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a semi private side porch. However, there was significant difficulties. Parking. While “parking” is “provided,” the only cars that could utilize the drive are smaller than a compact SUV. So, this posed significantly difficulties for a house that advertises it can sleep up to 6 people. For example, we drive a minivan and had my in-laws join us. Their small SUV barely fit, however, there was no way our minivan could fit. I was informed by the owners there were 2x garages that allowed overnight parking. This was super expensive. Overnight we paid 29 to park. In the afternoon while our son napped, we paid an extra 11-15. Over the course of the 3 nights, we were there, we paid approximately 130 in parking fees for a house where parking was “provided”, and had to walk about a quarter mile to/from the garage. In front of the house is 2-hour parking (a residential parking pass is not provided by the house). Hopefully, there is space in front of the house when you want to unpack or pack up your car, or else, good luck walking a half mile to the garage.Furthermore, the house was barely big enough for 4 adults and 1 4-year-old. I do not know how 6 people above the age of 10 would fit, let alone their car. The bed in bedroom 3 is not a king as claimed. It is 2 regular twin beds pushed to

This property had all the space we needed for three couples to gather for a family birthday. The outside area was wonderful, there was a lot of beautiful outside light in the living area due to a large window and perfectly positioned mirrors, and the location is walking distance from King St. very well maintained and had all that we needed. When we experienced one minor issue, we had quick and supportive responsiveness from management. Overall this was a wonderful stay!

This was a great accommodation for three young adults on a girls trip! The location was great and easily walkable to King St and other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t utilize the outdoor patio because of the cold and rain. My only complaint is that one of the beds advertised as a king was really two mattresses/beds pushed together but this wasn’t much of an issue for one person. Overall, recommend!

My 2 friends and I are real estate agents so we're highly particular when it comes to homes and this one got 5 stars from all of us. They did a smart and beautiful job of rehabbing the home in a way that was both stylish and practical. We LOVED that each of us had our own en suite bathrooms and the shared space was perfect for spending time together. The location was amazing–so convenient to everything we needed for the week. The responsiveness of the hosts was outstanding–quick and accommodating. I would recommend this house and any other CVP properties to anyone visiting Charleston!

This property was great, but due to potential flooding on the street we only stayed here one night. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby hit during our stay. This property is located on a street that historically floods during tropical storms and hurricanes so the property company moved us to a different property, but the second property wasn’t as nice.
