Stayed Feb 13, 2026The home was a wonderful setting for a small ladies reunion! There were plenty of beds for everyone and the location was within walking distance to downtown Franklin shops and restaurants! Host communication was great and we had everything we needed!

Stayed Jan 2, 2026We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable house with lots of charm. The large fenced backyard for our dogs was great. Excellent communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The property size was perfect for our large family. Everyone had there own space. The place was very clean and provided many of basic items ( shampoo, toilet paper, detergents). The playroom was a bonus for the kids and adult kids. Kitchen was good for multiple cooks and everyone could eat together. My mother's heart was full. Thank you Daniel, Amy and Sarah

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This place is amazing, perfect location, fully stocked coffee bar, comfortable furniture and bedding, very clean! We stay in the Nashville area quite often and this was our first and definitely not our last, this will be our go to every time! The backyard is also spacious and fenced in for your fur babies! It’s pretty perfect!!!
