Stayed Nov 14, 2025The firehouse and its four bedrooms was perfect for my fishing trip weekend with the guys. The space is spacious with more than enough room for the four of us. Additionally, I would definitely book again with my family - its perfect for kids too.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The Firehouse has plenty of room for families with kids. There were 9 of us including a 7,4 and 3 year olds. The kitchen was awesome with lots of room to cook. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The showers were huge with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer was a bonus. This property was in an excellent location. There are many things to do within walking distance like fishing, walking trails, park for the kids to play and the swimming hole with a swing. There are coffee shops, diners and fly shops. I’ve been coming to this area for the past 17 years and this has been the best location by far. I highly recommend! 5 star rating out of 5!

Stayed May 15, 2025This is a wonderful property with a very large kitchen and serving area, as well as a patio and outside fireplace. Great for parties, social events, graduations, etc. The property manager, Joey, could not be better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This was our 21st fishing trip to Cotter and we stayed in the same place as in 2004. It has been completely remodeled and re-appointed. Very nice and fit the 12 of us perfectly.
