This historic dwelling in Mira Porte was perfect for my family of 4 and 2 friends traveling with us. It was clean, spacious, and located in a very quaint area. The private parking was an excellent feature. We loved the restaurant just across the canal, Osteria Ae Porte, for both dinner and a cappuccino to get started in the morning. The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent! It was also a very convenient location to catch the bus into Venice. The convenient store across the canal sells bus tickets which was perfect. This VRBO is an excellent choice when visiting Venice. You will not be disappointed. I hope my family and I can return again in the future!

We had an amazing time staying in Mira. The property was in a quiet little town with easy access to Venice. The rooms were large and comfortable. The little bar beside the property served amazing Aperol Spritz’ and it was easy access to the grocery store. This was the perfect property to avoid overcrowded tourist cities and experience authentic Italy while having easy access to day trip into the cities.

This is a beautiful apartment that accommodates large groups. Jenny was very helpful. She met us at the apartment and walked us through local transportation, grocery, and eating options. The location was perfect for easy access for all! Extreme temperatures during our stay challenged the A/C but we were happy to have it in Venice!

We recently stayed here for a girls trip to Italy and we were so impressed by this house! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive when we had a question. The house was clean and beautiful and I really appreciated the book the owners left with transportation, entertainment, and dining suggestions! We were also lucky

Everything about the historic house was perfect for our group and needs. The location was great for us - right in the old part of Mira, on the canal. There was a wonderful little trattoria across the street and a small but perfectly appointed market about a 10 minute walk away. We have good friends in Padova which was only a 30 minute drive away. We also took the train to Venice - the station is about 15 minutes away. Pietro was a great host. We needed extra towels and bedding which he made sure to grt to us very promptly. The house itself was very comfortable and well appointed. We were a multigenerational family group of 7. Everyone had their own space - and bathroom which was a total bonus. And there was enough room in the kitchen for us to all have a meal together. I also appreciated the local artwork and history of the house which was hung on the walls. We would absolutely stay here again.

We found this vrbo because we needed a place off Venice proper where we could park a 9 passenger van & have transportation access. This VRBO was perfect for this! Parking in rear. Very short walk to bus to get to Venice. Because we arrived in the early evening on the first night, we drove north to a lovely town, Dolo, which was recommended by our host. Enjoyed long walk and a great supper. Our host & daughter were wonderful to communicate with. The facility was lovely & comfortable. We enjoyed gathering at the large kitchen table and the living area couches. The listing mentions it being on first floor, but there is a short flight of stairs to the entry. Also, I was informed that the host had no relationship with the Inn at the Post, thus no coupon existed as noted on the description. Those are minor issues with what was overall a very positive experience. Our host connected us to an amazing local guide, Beatrice, through Venice Luxury Services who we used for a Venice walking tour. Highly recommend her. Using VLS was a luxury, not a necessity. But, their expertise made our visit less stressful and more streamlined.

Wonderful old Palazzo, Great flat with a lot of Space. Save parking in the backyard. Unfortunately Loud music from the bar nearby on friday Night. We had to sleep with closed Windows. Perfect Location in the old town Center directly to the River Brenta.
