Stayed Sep 13, 2024Stayed with a family of 7 for a wedding. There was plenty of space, the rooms felt bigger than expected. Large living room with seating for all of us. It could definitely use a few updates but was overall exactly as expected. Only real issue we felt was the lack of shades/curtains. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions right away.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Floor are being replaced, transition pieces to old floor is missing ( easy to stub your toes). No shades or curtains on any windows. No lights by beds. lights are on pull strings which are hard to reach, in the middle of the room. Sliding glass door doesn’t lock. Radiator and some walls need painting.lots of spiderwebs. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024A few of my friends and I went out to Shelter Island for a friend’s wedding weekend. I found this property, and since the beginning Mark was very communicative and helpful. The property was quiet, and the house was clean and perfect for our group of friends. I highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the island! Thanks Mark!
