Check out this Lakefront family style vacation home! All new inside, completely refinished with all new furnishings and appliances. Beds too! Brand new kitchen and breakfast nook for those that like to sip coffee and lounge at the table in the morning, or sit out on the deck and marvel at the lake and Mountain View’s. This is a perfect spot for a family to come to explore the North Country. Boating and fishing are right outside, Burlington and Montreal are just an hour away, come have some fun!
Minimum age to be the renter of record 24 years old.
Outdoor quiet hours are 10PM. Until water lines come up Poor Farm Rd, later this year, we are still on lake water. Please be aware. We recommend bottled water for drinking. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for weather, and Lake water level. That’s Mother Nature’s job.

    The house has had some updates and the space is good for a family. The landscaping has not been maintained as in the photos. There was a distinct cigar or pipe smoke. We were not notified in advance that the water is not drinkable so we had to boil water the first night. There were ants and the stove beeped at random times through the night. The deck is lovely and we did enjoy the view

    We were so happy with the Highlander. The property was beautiful. The view of Lake Champlain was amazing. The house was so clean and comfortable and very well stocked. We appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the owner. Would definately reccomend this house
