- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking inside is prohibited

- No parties or events allowed

- Pets allowed, however the must be disclosed and guest pays an additional fee of $150 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets, under 15 lbs each
