Hi-Tech Hideaway ~ Oceanfront & Modern!

The view was off the charts! Almost every part of the house had a fantastic view!! You could even stargaze in the middle of the night from your bed!

This was a wonderful place to say in Solana Beach. Very centrally located to everything and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. The home is very comfortable and the view is incredible.

WOW! California coastal living at its best. Clean, modern, bright, high tech, luxury accommodations with incredible sunsets and ocean breezes. Walkable beach access just a short block away. Close walk or uber ride to some of the recommended restaurants in the welcome packet. Great communication with the host before, during, and after the stay. Perfect location for a recharge and reset.

We had an awesome time here. Property is beautiful with stunning ocean views that take your breath away. All appliances are high end. Property is walking distance to beach and all kinds of restaurants. Best of all for me, it is dog friendly and close to dog beach. Bit expensive but so worth it!

The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location is outstanding - right on a bluff overlooking the beach and ocean - and right between the park leading down to the beach and a set of stairs to the sand. When you enter the home, the view of the ocean through the wall of glass in the back will take your breath away - it's that awesome. Other than sleeping in the house, we spent most of our time out back on the deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching the activity on the beach below. In the morning, the deck is shaded and it is an ideal place to have breakfast and coffee. In the afternoon, you can sun bathe on the deck. And after watching incredible sunsets, you can spend a few hours sipping a glass of wine and socializing in the cool ocean breezes. As far as the interior of the house - it's better than in the photos - very modern, high tech and high quality from the fixtures to the finishes and furniture - everything is perfect. Oh - and both beds are very comfortable - we all slept soundly every night. If you have a dog (like we did), the entire property is walled off and secure. Finally, you can walk down the street to the main drag in Solana Beach where you will find shopping and restaurants - very convenient. And the house is about an 8 minute walk from the main park where there was a concert on Thursday night - very nice! Overall, I would say that this is one of the top three properties that we have rented in the last 20 years (out of about 60.
