The open-plan living area upstairs flows effortlessly onto a generousdeck, where a spa pool, outdoor lounge suite, bean bags and deck chairs await—ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a book in the sea breeze.

The ground floor space is warm and inviting, complete with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen for easy holiday living. Meanwhile, the downstairs area is a hit with teens, kids, or extended family—offering a third bedroom, a second bathroom, and a spacious rumpus room with Smart TV, giving everyone their own space to relax.

Outside, versatile outdoor space is the entertainers dream—the pizza oven doubles as a BBQ with rotisserie. Cast iron pans, BBQ utensils and wood are all supplied, so you're ready to cook up a feast.
