We loved everything about this property. Clean, well equipped, private, great host! Highly recommended

Clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very helpful and kind. We had the best rest this weekend, the kids had fun with all the board games and fun things to do around the area. I will definitely be going back in the summer time ?

The house was so lovely for a friends wedding in Snells area. We had such a relax8ng weekend. It had everything we needed and more.

Great place to relax and recharge, and an easy drive through to Matakana and Omaha from Snells Beach.

Martin was a very friendly, helpful and welcoming host. He was very quick to answer my questions online prior to us arriving.

We enjoyed our stay in Kawau Bay Beach House. It is a tidy, well presented beach house. We especially appreciated being able to take our lovely lab, Charlie. Martin was a great host, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to others who are looking to stay in the area and don’t mind a walk to the beach.

The house was nice, tidy and clean with good amenities. We enjoyed a walk in a small green area at the end of the street and around the quiet neighbourhood. It was a quick drive to beach areas, shops and the Brick Bay sculpture farm. It was rainy during our stay so we made use of games and jigsaw puzzle, and the luxury coffee pods

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this property over Christmas! The house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly thoughtful, leaving a basket of holiday treats and fruit, which added a personal and warm touch to our stay. Communication was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had.The location was perfect—peaceful yet close enough to shops and beach. It truly felt like a home away from home.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

A great house, with everything you could need for a break away. House was very well presented, clean and well laid out. Lovely quiet street, and easy walk/drive to everywhere. Martin was extremely warm and welcoming, even a little gift and fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival. Really enjoyed our week at Snells Beach. Thank you!!

A 5 star beach house with all the amenities you need. 10-15 min walk to the beach or local shops and cafe, or a 2-3 min drive. A great base for exploring everything the Mahurangi Peninsula has to offer. Would book again.
