Stayed Apr 5, 2026We had a nice time. The grocery store is just across the street. We enjoyed biking around town and stargazing. We had a fun movie night. We used it as our home base for exploring Capitol Reef. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The Soda Pipeline nearby was a fun stop too.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We highly recommend the Heritage House! The kitchen was fully equipped with any baking or cooking pans you would need. We appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious living area. The only problem we had was with the door code opening the door. We called and were able to get in but even with practice it took several tries each time we entered.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025We just stayed 1 night. Traveled from Moab Utah visiting Arches National Park and Capitol Reef. Traveled from there to Cedar City to visit Zion & Bryce. Property was very nice. Just what we needed for one night. It was in a very small town, no restaurants open after 7pm.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025It is a lovely house, a very nice place to stay. The town is small and very quiet. The house felt very spacious. We would definitely come here again. One problem we had was that we could find no house number on the house or property. So, although the directions were clear, we were unsure about being at the right house.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The property was very well groomed and clean. We had a great time! July 10th through the 12th it was hot outside but cool inside. We also saved some money staying in Loa. The older brick home was all new inside. Thanks again, we loved it and will stay again.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025The home was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only two draw backs were: no AC, it was tolerable in June, and no dishwasher (I was so glad I brought a package of paper plates).

Stayed May 4, 2025The property was as described. Clean, kitchen well stocked. Amenities were great. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants but was not scenic. We were there for a multi day event so we spent minimal time at the house. It was perfect for our needs and the host was responded quickly to the few minor problems we encountered.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025The property was just as it was described. The house was bigger than it looked. We only used the house as a stopover in our travels. Had everything we needed for our time there. Nice little breakfast restaurant in town. Grocery store nearby. Had laundry and a coffee maker that helped us out. Cute little spot and conveniently located for us.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025We found this home because of it's availability and distance to fish lake that we were in town for for a fishing tournament. The home met all our needs and was easy to deal with
