Our wonderful property has been a key part of tourism on Main Street in Loa, The Hub of Wayne county since the 1950’s beginning with the Greens Motel building sitting at the rear of the property (Currently under renovations to add an additional 3 high end Suites) the Addition of the Wayne’s World Motel sitting street side in the mid 60’ turned this property into a long successful business well into the 1990’s

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Oversized furniture made it difficult to move around. The tv was very undersized and hard to see from the bed. The blinds were very dirty and the outside of the property needed some clean up. This property has great potential with a little work

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Our stay at the VRBO was OK. The outside area needed some real care. It would have been nice to have a clothes rod to hang our things on. We will probably look for other accommodations next time.

Stayed Sep 11, 2021This property needs to be cleaned up on the outside. The place itself was clean but step out the door and there are items everywhere. I believe people live in some of these apts. and their belongings are scattered about. Despite attempting to contact someone the day before our stay on check in instructions, no one replied. When we arrived, we were told they thought we were coming the following day and they were still cleaning our apartment.
